The usual 6-miles run&walk on Crystal Springs Lake, second time with Krister. He is really into running, and has amazing stamina for a kid his age. Pretty soon I can't keep up with him.
The sceneries here in the Bay Area are just breathtakingly beautiful. Every exercise brings also a peace of mind. Taken with my iPhone 3GS.
On my hike this Sunday morning the Bay was all blue, and it was hard to tell where the horizon was.

There's so much beautiful nature to enjoy here in California, and just next door from busy urban areas of the San Francisco Bay area. I love this place.
